Notes

Deliver of system is free of charge,
however, the "setup" and installation
service is billed separately at $65 per hour
- A
credit card number or an advance payment is
required unless credit has been established.

Prices and components subject to change.
*Warranty
- Your hardware
warranty covers all defects in operation
resulting from poor production,
miss-configuration of components and
hardware defects for 3 years unless
otherwise stipulated in an advertisement or
quotation.
- Your software
warranty is limited and covers only software
pre-installed on your computer at the time
of delivery from all defects in operation
resulting from incompatibility with
hardware, peripherals and software provided
by and installed by our computer services.

Warranty includes telephone tech
support related to operating system errors,
software errors from software installed by
our computer services
and
questions regarding the hardware installed
by and purchased from
our computer services.
- Warranty does not
cover defects resulting form accidents,
misuse or abuse.
- Warranty does not
include external peripherals, hardware not
purchased from and installed by our computer
services and defects or errors that result
from such hardware.
- Warranty does not
cover software not installed by the user
after delivery of the computer.
- Warranty does not
cover virus damage, mistaken or deliberate
reconfiguration or misuse of the software by
the end user.
- Warranty does not
cover the quality or ability of the computer
to communicate over a local or wide area
network such as DSL and cable modem.

On-site warranty service is billed
separately. Products can be returned
to the office of ICrashedMyPC.com / Clear
Sight Consulting Group. at no additional
cost during warranty period for service and
repair based on the terms of the warranty.

Services outside the scope of this warranty
require separate billing.

Warranty
- Next Day On-site
Support: A technician will arrive at
your site to begin hardware maintenance
service between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm local
time, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays, during the next working day after
a call is received.
- Not
available in all areas and subject to
approval.
